Not going to prom....?

I was originally okay with not going to prom, but today three more of my friends got asked so I'm feeling really down. I am never going to hear the end of it because my cousin is like the prize of the family and has had this bf for so long and all my aunts and everything fawn over her. I'm just sad because I don't live up to her, or my mom (my mom had a lot of bfs, was a junior miss of the state, etc....) I'm just sad. It's my junior prom....Anyone else not going? What did you do instead?
