What is the best ammo (Name of the brand and grain) best used for a Bushmaster AR-15 model 5.56 Nato or .223?

I got an AR-15 from Bushmaster and it has a 1-9" twist. What is the best option for ammo? Any names of the brand of bullets would be fine, and the grain. Thanks.
