Am I turning into a lizard?

Today I was using my pocket knife to cut the calluses off my feet cos I was bored but then my knife slipped and cut a chunk out of my foot. It didn't hurt. It didn't even bleed, which is kinda weird being that it was a pretty significant lump of skin I carved out of my foot. I'm three quarters Irish and sometimes people at school call me a Ginger, make fun of me, tell me I'm not human and whatnot, it really doesn't bother me too much... But I was starting to think that since I don't bleed that I might actually not be human after all. I like lizards and I was kind of fawning over the idea that I might actually be a lizard, or even a dragon, but I'm not sure. I was wondering it someone could tell me what's wrong with me.
