Can I sell homemade fireworks after getting a Type 20 explosives permit?

Well? Can I? I remembered reading an article about someone selling their reloaded ammo and people recommended they didn't because if someone sued, they would lose everything. Would that apply here? Also, can I get one even if I'm not starting a company? Such as like you could get a concelaed carry permit if you are a law abiding citizen if you know what I mean? Thanks guys :)
