In the video game Resident Evil 5 does anybody know of any game cheats?

Now there is a difference between cheats and rewards, I have been to all the game cheat sites and you get "this, that or something else" if you do this, or beat the game in under 4 hours, silly stuff like, that. That's a reward not a cheat, a cheat it typing in some code, for (infinite health, unlimited ammo) things like that, NOT rewards
