She says my photo turned her on, is that enough?

--if someone gets turned on b/c they saw ur photo, is that enough to indicate that this person is smitten by u w/love at first sight?--she says its never happened before when she saw anyone elses photo and that she knows she wants to be w/me forever--is that possible... should i believe in this and see what happens next?
